In traditional Chinese medicine, bark from the mimosa tree, Albizia julibrissin, has been used to help with depression, anxiety, insomnia, poor memory and irritability.

At Fox Hollow Ranch, we discovered a small crop of mimosa trees. After finding out about its herbal use we learned a process that creates a concentrated herbal extract made by soaking the bark in alcohol (vodka or brandy in our case) called a "tincture".

Bark from our tree is responsibly harvested twice a year (spring and fall), leaving our tree and its offspring in a healthy state. The 1:5 tincture sits for a full moon cycle (4-weeks) and is then filtered, pressed and bottled by us.

Dosage: Take 1 dropperful as needed. Dilute 1 dropperful into water, tea or juice and drink the entire contents. Not for use during pregnancy or lactation.
